Introduction
We aim to cater for the needs of all our guests in our home. We have 4 bedrooms which we let out for Bed and Breakfast. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions of any type please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail and we will try and help.

- The nearest Bus stop is 0.5 mile and Train station (Bodmin Parkway) 25 miles away. We can arrange a taxi if you wish.

- Ample car parking available by the entrance which is flat - Free of charge.
- Tarmac drive, which leads onto large granite gravel surface.
- Assistance offered on arrival for luggage to be taken to the room.
- Large bell at the entrance and we can hear this all over the garden.
- Dog allowed in The Old Stable by arrangement.
- The entrance door leads to the guest dining area and reception.
- The sitting room leads from the hall on the ground floor.
- All guests are shown all down stair rooms and facilities.

- Free laundry service for 2 nights or more. Bags for laundry provided and if left on the bed we will wash the contents.
Shop
- Nearest shops are in Boscastle.
- Greater choice of shops and a supermarket in Camelford and Bude.
- Guest sitting room on the ground floor with wood burning stove.
- All rooms are centrally heated and electric fire also provided. Each wardrobe has ample wooden hangers
- All 3 bedrooms in the house are on the first floor, with door locks provided.
- There is a generous hospitality tray provided in each room and a panic box in case you forget anything.
- All televisions have remote controls and teletext/subtitles.
- Easy chairs provided.
- All floor areas have fitted carpets.
- There are bedside lights on each side of the bed.
- The downstairs bedroom is next to the house and has a 125mm step to the bed area. This room can be accessed through the house or court yard.

- All bathrooms are provided with an electric razor socket; toiletries both small luxury packet and eco alternatives.
- Emma's room large shower with a small step, basin and a toilet with a 150mm step down into a separate room.
- The Rectors room has a whirlpool bath with electric shower over, a grab rail is fitted, toilet and basin.
- Mr Hardy’s room has a large power shower, toilet and basin.
- The Old Stable has a bath with electric shower over a grab rail is fitted, toilet and basin.
- All guests are offered a tour of the garden.
- The large 3 acre garden has some flat level paths from the house.
- 6 steps with hand rail to enter walled garden, which then has a gentle slope.
- A fridge is in the sideboard in the sitting room for guests use.
- Iron and board available on request.
- Fruit bowl and free daily paper (except Sunday - no delivery) offered to guests.
